A job shadowing activity was organised in Slovakia from 14 – 18 October 2024. The activity took place over five days and was tailor-made for the project participants. The aim was to bring together people with similar training or school management backgrounds, so that participants could take part in a real learning and sharing experience. During the job shadowing, different VET organisations were visited and the participants were able to communicate with local providers and try out the job in local conditions.
