Learning training activity in Nigeria focused on personal and professional competence development.
This course demonstrated how the Excellence approach helps in a VET school environment; understanding the main seven ‘Excellence Criteria’; implementation of the ‘Excellence’ process including self-assessment and usage of various supporting methods for schools; continual improvement and some fundamental basics about EFQM model - the most widely used European Excellence Model.
Theory is combined with practical teamwork activities – motivation for excellence, exchange of experience with other schools practising, discussions, practical exercises with case studies, all together provide the practical skills to use in your organisation.
Interactive face-to-face training session for 32 participants (including the trainers providing this Learning training activity) from more than 16 various organisations was held in English and lasted 5 working days.
