Learning training activity in South Africa focused on personal and professional competence development for teachers and trainers of VET organisations with a special focus on learner-centred approach.

Learning outcomes competencies included:
• active learning of students,
• learning content,
• cognitive and affective (emotional and personality) domains,
• classroom climate and learning atmosphere,
• classroom relationships,
• assessment and feedback and the role of the teacher,
• relationship with students,
• self-knowledge (metacognition),
• guiding one’s further development,
• communication and cooperation,
• resilience,
• better usage of digital skills and
• stress management and orientation in a global context.
Interactive face to face training session for 32 participants (including the trainers providing this ;earning training activity) from participated more than 16 various organisations. Training was held in English and lasted 5 working days.
