Catholic University (KU) in Ruzomberok
CU is a project partner organisation from Slovakia.

The Catholic University (CU) in Ruzomberok is a public university that performs its activities mainly in the fields of historical, humanities, pedagogical, natural, social and health sciences, but also in the fields of art, economics, management and law. The university education at the Faculty of Education is based on the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS), which guarantees the compatibility with the leading educational institutions and therefore the student mobility is possible among the universities in the whole European Union.
Catholic University in Ružomberok is continually in search for new opportunities to cooperate and to establish valuable long-term partnerships with the goal to increase the level of education and to ensure modernisation of the involved institutions. Within the framework of the current strategy of cooperation with Universities in the European Union, Catholic University in Ružomberok builds partnerships with reputable universities outside the European Union. The aim of the university is to ensure an increase of all types of mobility - students, teachers and non-teaching staff. This must meet all quality requirements of the participating institutions and their parts, with respect to the specific specialisation of universities. In addition to providing higher education, artistic and research activities, the Catholic University in Ružomberok is continuously improving the level of internationalisation and international cooperation.
KU has carried out more than 260 projects and has already coordinated or participated as partner in some Erasmus Plus projects.
Within the coordination mechanisms, the project team is experienced and verified by the PF KU. Members of the team are qualified to coordinate projects, to deliver lectures, trainings and also to create and adapt the e-learning environment.
The Faculty of Education, Catholic University (FE CU) is the largest faculty of education in the Slovak Republic, which prepares more than 63,000 teaching staff postgraduate.
